Please note each product has a different returns policy based on the conditions provided by that individual supplier.
Returns Policy & Refunds
Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receipt of sale and only if there is a piece of similar value available to exchange with.
As some products are unique, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement for any exchanges. A credit note will be offered in the event of a damaged item.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition.
While we take all care to ensure items are not damaged in transit, occasionally accidents happen. Damaged in transit items will be repaired or replaced with a credit note. Refunds will not be provided.
We ask that you choose carefully as facilitating an exchange or refund can incur additional fees and costs.
- If you ordered an item that was in stock and change your mind, we will accept a return and refund so long as it is not a bespoke color, size or style ordered specifically for you. If the item was pre ordered, it will be at Seventh & Fern's discretion if a refund can be applied (i.e. if we are confident we can resell it, we will but if it is a style/color/size we don't often sell, a refund may be declined)
- In the event of this, you will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange a return.
- The item will need to be meticulously packed in its original packaging and return shipping will need to be covered by you, the buyer.
- Please note that we subsidize our freight to the buyer but cannot subsidize return freight.
- Once the item is received and inspected, if it is in perfect condition a refund for the piece will be issued. If damage is incurred by a courier in the return process, Seventh & Fern cannot be held liable and credit / exchange will not be issued.
My item is faulty or damaged, what do I do?
Unfortunately, from time to time, this happens.
Seventh & Fern lighting is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults and defects.
We kindly request that you inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If the box looks damaged, please take photos straight away before opening.
Then inspect your product and if it appears to be damaged, take photos and send to us with your Invoice # to info@seventhandfern.com immediately.
This all needs to be done within 7 days of receiving your item. After this, it is very hard for us to take responsibility and your item will not be refunded or exchanged.
What if my Seventh & Fern product is out of warranty? Can you still help with repairs?
In a nutshell, we are always here to help you! Our products are built to last but should an issue arise, just get in touch and we will help you as best we can or point you in the right direction.
